Protection Training

Life is full of dangers!

How do you plan to ensure the safety of your family or children?

Guns, steel doors, state-of-the-art alarm systems?

None of these can provide the protection that a well-trained protection dog can offer you.

Contact us for international standard-trained protection dogs or to have your own dog trained in protection.

Before this training, a character test must be performed on the dog to determine whether it has the necessary aggression for protection.

Puppy Program

The first 6 months of a puppy’s life are crucial. What they experience during this period will directly affect their character and behavior for the rest of their lives.

We understand that one of the biggest challenges when living with our beloved companions in our homes is communicating with a tiny puppy, trying to understand them, and at the same time trying to make them understand us.

We can assist you with introducing your puppy to the outside world, potty training, socialization, getting them used to being alone at home when you’re not around, and correcting biting and chewing habits before they become ingrained.

As trainers, we are gradually breaking down the common misconception in our country that “puppies cannot be trained.” It is important to remember the significance of this program, especially for the specialized training these puppies will need in the future.

Through this program, you will learn:

• What your puppy’s daily routine should be
• Crate training
• The right exercise and nutrition plan for your puppy
• How dogs think and behave
• How to prevent potential issues like aggression, excessive barking, and biting
• Detailed information on feeding, care, and potty training
• How to establish effective communication with your puppy
• And best of all, you won’t have to be separated from your puppy!

Why Should I Enroll My Dog in Obedience Training?

Obedience training is the foundation of discipline, manners, proper communication, and leadership. When taught correctly and at the right time, obedience ensures that your dog builds a solid training structure, making it easier to progress into advanced training programs. Without proper obedience training, future training sessions may become challenging and could even lead to behavioral disorders in dogs.

Tracking Training

Tracking training is a discipline that enhances a dog’s natural scent detection abilities, teaching them to follow and locate specific scents. Dogs, with their powerful noses, are far superior to humans in perceiving the world through scent and distinguishing different odors.

These abilities can be effectively utilized in search and rescue operations, law enforcement, security services, hunting, and many other fields.

This training also helps you build a strong bond with your dog, boosts their confidence, and keeps them mentally active. The success of this training relies on continuous practice. Remember, every dog is unique, so it is important to tailor the training process accordingly.

With This Program, Your Dog Will Learn:

Scent Detection Ability: Your dog will learn to distinguish the target scent or person’s trail from other surrounding odors using their powerful sense of smell.

Concentration and Focus: The training enhances your dog’s ability to stay focused and resist distractions while tracking.

Tracking Techniques: Your dog will be taught essential tracking techniques to successfully follow a trail.

Teamwork: The training strengthens communication between the dog and the handler, emphasizing teamwork throughout the process.

IPO Schutzhund

Schutzhund

Schutzhund is a German term meaning “protection dog.” It is also a specialized test developed to assess the breeding and behavioral suitability of German Shepherds. Over time, it has evolved into an international sport involving German Shepherds and their trainers.

Dogs trained for the Schutzhund test are typically used in working environments such as police work, tracking, and personal protection. These dogs must possess the endurance and skill to withstand the challenges of training.

After training, dogs undergo the Schutzhund test. The license granted upon passing this test verifies the dog’s consistency in skills and the value of its breed.

The Schutzhund test is conducted in three phases:
1️⃣ Tracking (Sch I)
2️⃣ Obedience (Sch II)
3️⃣ Protection (Sch III)

These three stages are designed to assess the dog’s natural instincts, reactions, and abilities. To pass the Schutzhund test, a dog must demonstrate courage, endurance, a strong work ethic, and a balanced temperament—proving itself as a reliable family companion.

Schutzhund training is not only crucial for the dog but also a valuable sport for the handler. It strengthens the bond between the dog and its trainer. Dogs that complete Schutzhund training and pass the test are proven to be highly obedient and well-integrated with humans.

Schutzhund 1 (SchH1)

Tracking (Section A)

The track consists of 300 steps, with two objects and two 90-degree turns, laid by the dog owner and left undisturbed for 20 minutes before tracking begins.

Before starting, the owner must register with the judge by stating their name and the dog’s name.

The dog starts tracking from the starting point on a 10-meter leash while the handler follows, maintaining a 10-meter distance without any positive or negative interference.

The first object can be placed in the middle of the first or second straight section (must be pre-approved by the judge), while the second object must be placed at the end of the third straight section (track end).

The track must be in an L or U shape.

Upon reaching an object, the dog must indicate it independently (by sitting, standing, or lying down), and this indication method must be reported to the judge beforehand.

Once the dog marks the object, the owner approaches, picks it up, and shows it to the judge before continuing.

At the end of the track, the same process is repeated.

The judge evaluates the tracking performance and announces the score.

Scoring:

Tracking: 80 points

Objects: 20 points

Total: 100 points

Obedience (Section B)

The dog walks 50 steps without a leash, including:

A reverse turn

10 steps at normal pace

10 steps fast-paced

10 steps slow-paced

A return to normal pace

Directional turns (right/left) at specific distances

An 8-figure walk through a group of people

After this sequence, the dog must sit automatically when the handler stops.

The handler then walks 15 steps forward, gives the “sit” command, and continues 30 steps ahead, turns, and waits. Upon the judge’s signal, the handler returns to the dog and continues walking together.

The same process is repeated with the “down” command (instead of sit), after which the dog is called to the handler and must sit directly in front of them. Upon command, the dog moves to the handler’s left side and sits.

Retrieving (Aport Exercise)
The dog must retrieve a 650g dumbbell over a 1m jump and a 1.80m hurdle
The owner first throws a 1000g dumbbell 15-20m ahead, the dog must wait and retrieve it on command, returning to the handler and sitting in front until the handler takes the dumbbell.
The exercise is repeated over obstacles (1m jump and 1.80m hurdle).
Final Exercise
The first dog is sent 50m forward on the “go” command and must lie down on command, facing the handler.
The handler approaches, gives a sit command, and leaves the dog in a “down-stay” position for the duration of the second dog’s obedience test.
Once both dogs complete their obedience sections, the handlers report to the judge together to confirm the completion.
